How we launch
From first call to first member in about two weeks.
We do the setup with you, not for you to figure out. Here is what happens and what we need from your side.
- Day 1
Strategy call
Thirty minutes about your venue, your guests and what you want from a club. We show you a live programme and tell you honestly if it fits.
Your partTell us about your venue and goals
- Days 2 to 5
Design the programme
Together we agree how guests earn, the tiers and their names, and the rewards menu. We check the numbers so rewards feel generous and stay affordable.
Your partAgree the rules and rewards
- Days 4 to 8
Brand and set up
We build your club with your name, logo and colours on your own web address, set up the emails and prepare QR table cards and posters.
Your partSend your logo, colours and web address access
- Days 8 to 12
Train staff and test
A short session shows your team the scanner on their own phones. Then we test with a few real guests and fix anything that slows the till.
Your partChoose who uses the scanner
- Day 14
Launch
Table cards go out and the club opens to every guest. We watch the first days closely with your team.
Your partPut the QR cards out
